ALL SESSION RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Your deposits or payments are non-refundable. However, you can apply the credit to another session, camp, or merchandise. Simply send your written request within 7 days
Your cancellations request must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the renewal date and we will not bill you for the subsequent month
If we cancel a program: If a minimum enrollment has not been reached 7 days prior to the first session, we must cancel the session. Affected families will be contacted via telephone and suggest alternate sessions. If we are not able to find alternate, a full refund will be issued.
In order to ensure all kids have a conducive environment for fun learning, we ask that all kids come ready to learn, listen to their instructors & respect their peers.
In instances where student behavior does not meet expectations, such behavior will be addressed during the session and communicated to the parent/caregiver.
In cases where the behavior problem continues, STEM DRAGONS reserve the right to dismiss the kid(s) and not allowed to return. Refunds will not be granted.
Kids will be reminded to make safe choices when necessary.
Please do not send an ill kid to session.
If your child has a medical condition, severe allergy, dietary restrictions, or other special need, please note this during your registration.

We are a peanut-free space
We are not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged personal items.
If attending camps or all-day sessions, bring a bag lunch and a drink.
Wear closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing that can get messy.
Shoes with wheels are prohibited
Please leave valuables like collectable cards and personal electronics at home.
Your registration implies permission to use photographs of students for STEM DRAGONS promotional purposes. If you do not want your child photographed, please notify us in writing.
